Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students, professionals, or clients (depending on service area).

• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate courses, programs, or services offered by AB Grow India.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.

• Provide career guidance, emotional support, or program orientation depending on the vertical (education, career, wellness).

• Convert leads into enrollments or successful program onboarding through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan outreach strategies.

• Stay updated with market trends, course updates, and client preferences.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all counseling interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or any relevant field (Master’s preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to empathize, listen actively, and build trust with clients.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in academic, career, or life counseling

• Exposure to education consultancy, career planning, or training industry

• Multilingual communication skills are a plus
